Lynk Performance 60 Day Return Policy


At Lynk Performance, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.  Purchasing a product through lynkperformance.com product can be a major investment so we want to give you a full 60 days from the time of purchase to make a return.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as the item is unopened & unused we can provide a refund, exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept opened or used items back due to health regulations for both our customers as well as employees.


Returns must be approved prior to shipping back. Any returns sent back without approval will be automatically rejected and disposed of.  We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an item.


At this time we are unable to refund shipping charges unless you return for store credit only.


Returns for store credit only are eligible for a 100% refund including original shipping costs.


All returns go through a thorough inspection to ensure that the product is unused and in original packaging.


Any return sent back that has been opened or used will be hygienically destroyed.


Any product that has been returned without prior authorization will be destroyed without a refund.

Lynk Performance Warranty Information


If you buy a product from this site, you'll automatically receive a 1-year warranty, with longer-lasting extended warranties available as an upgrade. 


Our warranties start from the day that you purchase your pump and last 1 year by default. To use your warranty, you just need to register your Lynk product online.  We recommend doing this as soon as you receive your package.
