Start with the largest ring that stays in place without sliding. If it doesn’t hold, step down one size. The right ring feels firm and secure, never sharp, never numb. If you notice discomfort, tingling or a change in color, take it off and go up a size.

Full length measures the complete ring body including both grip wings, not the opening. Inner diameter is the measurement that matters for fit. Silicone stretches, so these are relaxed measurements.
