Find your fit
Start with the largest ring that stays in place without sliding. If it doesn’t hold, step down one size. The right ring feels firm and secure, never sharp, never numb. If you notice discomfort, tingling or a change in color, take it off and go up a size.

Introducing VenoLock 6-Piece Silicone Constriction Ring
Introducing VenoLock 6-Piece Silicone Constriction Ring
Molded from medical-grade silicone — non-porous, latex-free and phthalate-free, so it stays easy to clean and comfortable against skin.
Six graduated sizes in a single set — inner diameters from 0.65” up to 1.20”, so you can work down to the level of support that suits you.
A grip wing above and below every ring — the loops give you a secure two-finger hold for both application and removal.
Sized to load onto your cylinder — the set fits every Lynk cylinder up to 2.5” wide, so the ring is already in position when you finish your session.
Your Questions
Answered
Which size should I start with?
Start with the largest ring that stays in place without sliding, then step down one size at a time until it holds firmly and comfortably. Most men land somewhere in the middle of the set. That’s the reason there are six — you don’t have to get it right on the first guess.
Will these fit my pump?
They load onto every Lynk cylinder up to 2.5” wide, which covers the Champion, Powerhouse, Precision Trigger, Excelsior, and the Endurance Pro in 1.75”, 2”, 2.25” and 2.5”. They will not load onto the 3” Endurance Pro cylinder — with that one you would apply the ring by hand after your session.
How long can I keep one on?
Thirty minutes at most, then remove it. That’s the standard guidance for any constriction ring, and it applies regardless of how comfortable the fit feels.
How is this different from the Easy Grip or Total Control sets?
Range and material. Easy Grip is TPR in four sizes topping out at 0.8”. Total Control is silicone in four sizes. VenoLock is medical-grade silicone across six sizes from 0.65” to 1.20” — the widest span and the finest steps of any set we make, plus grip wings on both sides rather than flat pull tabs.
Do I have to use a pump with these?
No. They work applied by hand. But they’re built around the pump: the sizing, the cylinder fit and the wing design all exist to make the handoff from cylinder to ring quick, because that transition is where firmness gets lost.
Will this help me last longer?
That isn’t what the set is designed for. Its job is holding firmness after you pump. Some men notice an effect on timing as a side effect of that; it varies from person to person and it isn’t something we make claims about.
Can I use lubricant?
Water-based only. Silicone-based lubricants break down silicone over time and will shorten the life of the rings. A little water-based lubricant on the inside of the ring makes it far easier to slide into position.
How do I clean them?
Warm water and a mild soap after each use, or the Lynk Multi-Purpose Cleaner. Rinse and let them dry fully before storing. Silicone is non-porous, so nothing soaks in.
Is there anyone who shouldn’t use a constriction ring?
Talk to your doctor first if you take blood thinners, have a bleeding or clotting disorder, sickle cell disease, reduced sensation in the penis, or a penile implant.
The Silicone Difference
The pure medical-grade silicone used in our products is non-porous, making it easy to clean and preventing the harboring of unsafe bacteria. It is also free of harsh chemicals, ensuring long-term use without risk of infection.
